Drug & Alcohol
Our drug and alcohol training course
Our drug and alcohol training course is designed for people who are responsible for conducting drug and alcohol testing in the workplace.
It takes approximately 8.5 hours to complete and will satisfy the course requirements for HLTPAT005 - Collect Specimens for Drugs of Abuse Testing. All training equipment will be supplied, and upon completion of the course you will have the skills to:
- Understand the organisational guidelines for drug & alcohol testing
- Plan for drug & alcohol testing
- Communicate testing requirements to employees
- Undertake random, reasonable & post-incident testing through urine, saliva & alcohol breath tests
- Complete records & testing documentation
The price of the course is $600 (GST excluded), and discounts are available for group bookings. You will receive a nationally recognised certificate within 7 days upon successful completion of the course. Contact us today for more information.

At QTTS, we have over 38 years combined experience in first aid training. Our courses range from basic to advanced first aid skills. Whether you’re a beginner, or looking to refresh your knowledge, QTTS can help you.
Beginning early 2021 all first add courses offered will have a nationally updated course reference number, rest assured that you can find all the updated details here at QTTS as soon as they are released.

- HLTAID009 – Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (Standard)
- HLTAID009/UETDRRF004 - Perform rescue from a live LV panel (Standard)/CPR
- HLTAID010 – Provide Basic Emergency Life Support
- HLTAID011 – Provide First Aid (Standard)
- HLTAID012 - Provide First Aid in an education and care setting (Standard)
- HLTAID014 – Provide Advanced First Aid (Standard)
- HLTAID015 – Provide Advanced resuscitation and oxygen therapy (Standard)
Learn to resuscitate, treat external injuries, provide CPR and much more. We recommend you renew your CPR licence every 12 months in line with industry standards.
