We will conduct alcohol breath testings

We will conduct alcohol breath testings, and collect samples of saliva and urine, which can detect levels of cannabis, cocaine, amphetamines & methamphetamines, benzodiazepines, opiates and oxycodone. Results will be returned to you quickly, where positive results can be further investigated upon your request.

If you are qualified to conduct your own tests, we can supply you with testing kits that comply with Australian standards. Our nationally accredited team can also provide drug and alcohol training courses.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • How long do drugs stay in your system?

Most drugs will stay in your body for 2 to 4 days, although frequent use of marijuana can remain in your body for 3 to 4 weeks.

  • How long does it take to get drug test results?

On site drug test results can typically be returned within 5 minutes. Positive results will often be further investigated, as they could be false positives. This will require further testing which can take a few days or up to 1 week.

  • What’s the difference between random tests and blanket tests?

Random tests means employees are chosen at random without prior knowledge. Blanket tests means the entire company will need to be tested.

  • Can you refuse drug and alcohol testing?

Whilst workplace drug and alcohol testing is not enforced by law, it can be a part of the company’s policies. This means refusing testing can result in disciplinary action by the company.
